How to Tie Your Tichel

Step 1
Start with a Clean, Secure Base
Gather your hair into a smooth, low bun at the nape of your neck.
- Begin with clean, dry hair
- Secure hair with a soft bun shaper for added volume,
- Optional: Use a volumizer undercap for extra height and grip
Step 2
Position the Tichel at the Nape
Drape the tichel over the back of your head so it rests at the nape of your neck.
- Make sure both ends are even and the tichel sits comfortably at your hairline.
- Gentaly adjust the fabric so all your hair is fully covered.
Step 3
Wrap around your Head
Cross the endfs of the tichel at the back of your head and bring them to the opposite sides.
- Wrap the fabric around your head, as snug or loose as you like.
- Bring the ends back to the side or back of your head.
Step 4
Tie a seure Knot or Bow
Tie the ends into a confortable knot or bow at the back or side of your head.
