The Heart Behind JustTichels.com

There is a deep promise behind every Tichel you’ll find here.

When I was pregnant, doctors warned me that my unborn baby might face severe challenges and may not even survive birth. In that moment of fear and vulnerability, I turned to Hashem with all my heart. I made a personal promise: I would take upon myself a mitzvah that felt incredibly difficult for me — covering my hair. Baruch Hashem, my baby was born healthy.

But keeping my promise wasn’t easy.

Hair covering was the mitzvah I struggled with the most. I couldn’t find my style. Nothing felt right — not the Tichels, not the wigs, not the fabrics, not the fit, not the price. Everything was uncomfortable, unflattering, or simply not me. I wanted to feel beautiful and confident while honoring this mitzvah, and it frustrated me that it felt so hard.

That’s when I realized: if I’m struggling, other women must be struggling too.
And so JustTichels.com was born.

Here, every single Tichel is handpicked by me. I personally test them for:

Comfort

Beauty

Fabric Quality

Durability

breathability

Affordability

I choose only the designs I truly love — pieces that make you feel elegant, confident, and proud to fulfill this mitzvah. No guesswork, no disappointment, no settling. Just beauty, comfort, and ease, delivered straight to you.

Because covering your hair should uplift you — not overwhelm you.
And it certainly shouldn’t break the bank.

My mission is simple:
To help every woman feel beautiful, dignified, and comfortable in her mitzvah, with luxury-quality Tichels at prices every woman can afford.

May Hashem bless you with abundance, joy, shalom bayit, and healthy children, and may your mitzvah be a source of endless Bracha in your home.

With Love, Gratitude, and Emunah,
Rochel

Our Brand Story

JustTichels.com was born from a promise — a moment of pure Emunah during one of the hardest times of my life.

When doctors told me that my unborn baby might not survive, I turned to Hashem with my whole heart. I made a vow to take on a mitzvah that challenged me deeply: covering my hair. Baruch Hashem, my baby was born healthy, and I kept my promise — but the journey wasn’t easy.

I wanted to feel beautiful, confident, and true to myself while honoring this mitzvah… yet nothing worked.
The fabrics were uncomfortable.
The styles didn’t flatter.
The prices were too high.
The options didn’t feel like me.

I realized I wasn’t alone — so many women want to feel uplifted and elegant in their mitzvah, not lost or frustrated.

So I created JustTichels.com to change that.

Here, every tichel is hand-selected by me, tested for comfort, beauty, breathability, durability, and modest luxury — without the luxury price tag. I bring you only what I personally love and wear, because I believe every woman deserves:

Beauty without stress
Comfort without compromise
