Shipping Policy
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on all orders of $75.00 USD or more (before taxes and after discounts).
- Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 USD for orders under $75.00 USD.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may take 1–3 business days before shipment.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and unworn.
- Items must be in their original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
Jewelry is not eligible for exchange.
If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
