  • $7.99 Flat rate shipping on all orders under $85 
  • Free shipping on orders $85 and up 

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may take 1–3 business days before shipment.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn.
  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Jewelry 
  • Hygiene Items-such as shampoo, toothpaste, creams, Forever products.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

All jewelry
All Forever® products including lotions, scrubs, shampoos, aloe vera gels, tooth gel, and other personal-care products.
Any opened or used beauty, self-care, feminine-care, or hygiene products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly and we will be happy to assist you.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
